The above water depths are estimates for each location.  Certain locations may be deeper or shallower depending on water currents and other natural factors.  Southpoint Marina does not guarantee water depths at any time, location or for any duration of time.  You may visit the Marina office to walk the docks with a measuring stick to view the actual depths of any location at any time.
