Southpoint Marina will be completing the second phase of a master expansion plan in the fall/spring of 2013/2014 including the addition of a swimming pool and Cabana Club House along with additional boat slip availability!  We are fully booked for the 2013 season, but you can still lock in your slip for 2014 with a $45 deposit.  (Only a limited number of new slips will be available in 2014, available only on a first come, first booked basis)  Each slip will include free membership to the private pool & cabana recreational area.  You can view renderings of the expansion project by clicking the pictures below:
